WHEREAS:' The assessment roll for Local Improvement

Tukwila, is incorrect as applied to Lot ~1 Block
18 Seattle Garden Tracts,~essin~ a portion ~f
a Public Street acainmt the property,and
WHEREAS: E.F.l.~uEhes of the Eminent Domain Comatiss-
ion recomended a credit of $ 10.3~ to be applied
to Lot ~1. Block 18 to correct this error.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: bynthe Town Council of the
Town. of Tukwlla, that the Town Treasurer is
hereby authorized and instructed to change the
assessment roll to comply with the recomendation
of M~. Hughes.
