RE3LUTION EMPLOYING THE LAW FIRM OF SHORTS
DE1 NEY IN CONNECTION WITH THE FORECLOSURE OF
DELINQUENT SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS NOS. 1 AND 2 LEVIED
BY THE TOWN OF 'ruitrwiL& IN DISTRICT NO. 1
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the law firm of Shorts Denney, Alaska Build-
ing, Seattle, Washington, be and said firm is hereby employed
by said Town to prepare the necessary papers and supervise
proceedings incident to the foreclosure of delinquent special
assessments Nos. 1 ar 2 levied by the Town of Tukwila in
Special Improvement District No. 1 of the Tovai of Tukwila.
2. For such services said Town agrees to pay said firm
the suet of $250•00, together with all cost of said proceeding.
Passed the Tywn Council on 1932.
