public water /sanitary sewer /storm water utility improvements:

Thirty -three (33) feet of 3/4-inch type K copper pipe, one (1) each 3 /4 inch water
meter box with 3/4 inch check valve and angle stop, one (1) water tap service, one
(1) eight inch saddle, one (1) 3/4" corp. stop, and all appurtenances.
