A RESOLUTION VACATING ALLEY ACROSS THE W.P. BURNS ONE FOURTH ACRE
TRACTS.
Whereas Mr. Joseph Lunh residing on the W.P. Burns Quarter
Acre Tract which same is located on the south side of
Tukwila Avenue between Graham Avenue on the west and Rainier Avenue
on the east and
Whereas Said Mr. Joseph Lund requests vacation of the alley
running due north and south across said W.P. Burns
Tracts at a point midway between Graham Avenue and Rainier Avenue
said alley being bounded on the west by lots one to eight and
on the east by lots nine to sixteen and
Whereas From all evidence presented said alley has never been
used at any time for the purpose for which it was
created and its future value to the Town of Tukwila
being doubtful
Now therefore be it resolved by the Council of the Town of
Tukwila that
said alley be vacated and a copy of this resolution sent to the County Assessor
for his record and files.
Passed by the Town Council this second day of November 1935
