REPEALED BY 569
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE AND OCCUPATION OF AND TH' CONDUCT
OF MINORS IN AND UPON PUBLIC STRE }TS OR PUBLIC PLACES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila, as
follows;
It shall be unlawful for any minor under the aE3 of Sixteen
(16) years, to be abroad upon any public place after the hour of
Nine (9) o'clock in the evening in any year, unless accompanied
by scmEadult person having him or her in charge, or unless upon
eome errand by permission or direction of his parents, guardian or
employer, or being upon such errand to loiter on the way or make
any undue noise* by ehouting or yelling, or to other disturb
the peace and quiet of the town, and any minor who violate
any of the provisione of thSiveeiltibn shall be subject to arrest
by any police officer or any citizen without process and by the
person mIking eueh arrest shall be taken and delivered into cus-
tody of iide parents, guardian or employer, ana upon a second or
subsequent arrest may in the discretion of the parson making
the arrest, be taken before the Judge of the Police Court for
trial.
PENALTY:- Any person violating or failing to comply with
any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall be guilty of a
misd emeanor, and upon convict on thereof shall %.e punished by a
fine in any sum not exceeding One Hundred (t.10c oc) Dollars or by
i ~risctnment in the Town tT it not e ceadin4 Thirty (30) Daye or by
both such fine and impriwcnr
Tliie Ordinance shall become effective on ani aft r Five
days the date of its publication.
Palmed by the Council and signed by me in authentication of
its passage, in open session, this 10th day of February 1915
