WHEREAS:
in accordance with the 1937 Session Laws of the
State Aid Highway Act, Sections 62 and 64 of Chapter 187,
it is necessary that all expenditures be made from a
definite street fund, and that all receipts for proper
street purposes be deposited in said fund, and
WHEREAS:
Heretofore funds for street purposes have been
paid from the general current expense fund;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town
of '_Tukwila that in compliance with the Sections 62 alLd 64 of
Chapter 187 of the State Aid }Ti hway Actf 'a'City Street
Fund is hereby created for receipts and expenditures
for proper street purposes only.
PASSED by the Town Council this ww=antti, day of June,
1937.
