RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM DEED TO 'RECONVEY
PROPERTY I}.{PROPERLY INCLUDED IN ASSESSMENT FORECLOSURE.
WHE~AS, the Town of Tukwila purchased certain properties
at a sale pursuant to a decree entered November 16, 193~,
in the Superior Court of King County, State of Washington,
being Cause No. ~56841, foreclosing the lien of specia!
assessments for domestic water supply under Ordinance No; lZl,
District NO. l, and among said px, operties was the
northeasterly l~O feet of tract 18 of the Interurban Addition
to Seattle, owned by Arvin Bouker and ElIen Bouker, his wife,
AND IT APPH~RING tha{ said Arvin Bouker and Ellen Bouker,
his wife, the owners of said property, had paid all assessments
under said ordinance and that their said property, as above
described, had been inadvertently and improperly included
in the said land acquired by the ~own of Tukwila under said
foreclosure, and that the Town of Tukwila has no legal
or equitable claim to said northeasterly 120 feet of said
tract 18 except because of said mistake,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
of the ~own of Tukwila, Washington, that the Mayor and Clerk
are hereby authorized, impowered and directed, to execute
a quitclaim deed in the neme of the Town of Tukwila, in usual
form, in favor of and to the said Arvin Bouker and Ellen
Bouker, his wife, and deliver ss~id deed to said property
owners, conveying to them any and all interest the said
Town of Tukwila has or may have in and to said above
described property.
