Before the Council of Tukwila, 'raashinEton
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Town of Tukwila that the
Director of Highways is authorized and directed to
Remove the existing 24" concrete pipe; replace 179
L.F. of corrugated iron pipe between the hiihway and
the river with 24" concrete pipe; readjust 2 concrete
sand boxes and deepen putlet ditch to river
to the amount of Thirteen Hundred Ten 1310) Dollars,. and
THE STATE AUDITOR IS HEREBY ATTTHORIZED to reserve fro:ri monthly
fuel tax allotments the above specified sum, being an amount
not in excess of the money reasonably anticipated to accrue to
the credit of the Town of Tukwila in the Motor Vehicle Fund
during the current biennium; and
Upon notice to said auditor from the Director of Highways that
the aforsaid work has been completed, and a statement of cost
has been furnished the Town of Tukwila of the cost of all labor
equipment, material, supplies, and engineering the State Audi-
tor is further authorized and directed to effect reimbursement
to the Department of Highways in the amount of such cost from
the funds reserved, however, not to exceed the above specified
sum with any unexpended balance to be released to the Town of
Tukwila and to be included in the next succeding warrant cover-
ing fuel tax allotments; all in accordance with Section 11,
Chapter 32 of the Session Laws of 1943.
Adopted by the Council of Tukwila this 5th. day of August 1946.

South 142nd Street and replace with 24" conorete pipe; replace 179 L.F.
of corrugated iron pipe between the highway and the river with 24"
concrete pipe; readjust 2 concrete sand boxes and deepen outlet ditoh
to river
to the amount of Thirteen Hundred Ten
(A 1310 Dollars, and
THE STATE AUDITOR IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED to reserve from monthly fuel
tax allotments the above specified sum, being an amount not in excess of the
money reasonably anticipated to accrue to the credit of the To of
Tukwila in the Motor Vehiole Fund during the current bienn;.uni; and
