RESOLUTION NO. 63
WHEREAS ,the bid of the Washington Asphalt Company
for the construction of Asphalt paving of 53th.Ave. So.
meets the requirements set forth in the call for bids,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of
the Town of Tukwila
That the bid of the Washington Asphalt Company, of
2,910..00, is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Clerk
are authorized to enter into a contract with the said
Washington Asphalt Company for the doing of such work
in accordance with plans and specifications therefor
heretofore adopted.
Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
this 18th.day of September, 1947
