REPEALED BY 73
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR WARRANTS DRAWN ON THE GENERAL FUND
AND FIXING THE INTEREST THEREON.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila.
That all warrants drawn on the General Fund on and after
March 1, 1915 shall bear interest at the rate of 7% per annum
after having been presented to the
Treasurer and payment refused owing to lack of funds.
This ordinance shall become effective on and after 5 days from the date of its publication.
Approved by rre this 10th day of February 1915.
Passed by the Council and signed by -re in authnnicatian of
its passage, in open session, this: 10th. day of Fetruary, A. D.
