construction of Asphalt paving grading and cleaning of
side ditches for the improvement of Town streets meets the
requirements set forth in the call for bids;
Now therefore be it resolved by the Town Council of the Town
of Tukwila
That the bid of the Washington Asphalt Company, of ,5420.40,
is hereby accepted, and the :Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
enter into a contract with the said Washington Asphalt Company
for the doing of such work in accordance with plans and speci-
fications therfor heretofore adopted.
Adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila, Washing-
ton, this 10th. day of August 1942.
