WHEREAS, the bid of Patrick H. Deeny, located at 5565 -21st. So.,
Seattle, Washington, for furnishing all labor and performing all
work for the construction of a 6" cast iron water main with other
appurtenances, in the Town of Tukwila, meets the requirements set
forth in the call for bids;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Tvui; COUNCIL OF TILL TOWN OF
TTJKWILA, WASHINGTON
That the bid of Patrick H. Deeny,Contractor, of 0,758.00, is
hereby accepted.
