long realized the need for equipment to _maintain its town
streets; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila further
realizes that, due to the extreme winters of the past two
years and the difficulty of renting maintainance equipment
at tne proper time and the great expense of this rental, it
is expedient for the Town of Tukwila to purchase the needed
maintainance equipment; therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila,

The Feenaughty Machinery Company has agreed to the
following method of payment;
The first payment of 653.,36 plus sales tax of `,19.75
to be made on May 10,1950, and tne balance in equal
payments at six month intervals thereafter until fully paid.
It is also agreeable, if desired, that the entire balance
may be paid at any time prioe to iov.10,1952, which would
be the due date of the last and final payment under the
above proposal.
