WHEREAS, the bid of the Seaboard Paving and Engineering Co.,
located at 7346 llth. Ave.N.E.,Seattle, Wash., for the
furnishing of all labor and materials and performing all
work for the construction of Street Improvements in the
Town of Tukwila, Washington, the requirements set
forth in the call for bids;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TLKWILA, WASHINGTON
That the bid of the Seaboard Paving and Engineering Company,
of 2.763.60 is hereby accepted.
Adopted by the Town Council of Tukwila this 23rd. day of
June 1951.
