An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No 33 and authorizing
the Mayor to appoint a Town Marshall, providing for Bond and
fixing the salary of Town Marshall.
Sec. 1. That the Mayor be authorized to appoint one of
the Citizens of the Town of Tukwila as Town Marshall with pay.
See. 2. That the shall be authorized to appoint as
many Citizens of the Town of Tukwila to act as deputise as he
shall deemproper.
see. 3. The Town Marshall shall execute a bond to the Town
of Tukwila in the sum of Five Hundred 4500.00) Dollars, condit-
ibned -for the faithful performance of his duties, said bond to be
issusd by some good surety Company approved by the Council and
paid'for by the Town of Tukwila. He shall receive as compensation
for his services, as such Marshall, the sum of Sixty (60.00
Dollars per yeas, payable monthly.
Sec. 4. That Ordinance Ns. 33 be and the cams is hereby
repealed.
Sec. 5. This ordinance shall become effective on and after
film, t51 days -from the date of its publication.
Passed by the Council and signed by me in authentication of

its passage, in open session, this 12th day of January 1915.
