RESOLUTION NO. 102
WHEREAa,on April 5, 1954, the Tukwila Town Uouncil granted the
request of the owners of Tracts 41 and 42 of Brookvale
Garden Tracts for a sub division of said Tracts, to be known as
Tri -Vista Terrace; and
WHEREAS, on June 24, 1954 the Plat of Tri -Vista Terrace was duly
approved by the Tukwila Plannong and Zoning Committee;
examined and approved by the Mayor of Tukwila and the Superintend
ent of Streets of same; and
WHEREAS, on June 25, 1954 the alcove described Plat was filed for
record at the request of the Town of Tukwila, Washington;
and
WHEREAS, on June 25, 1954 the owners declared the Plat and dedicated
to the use of the public forever all streets, avenues and
alleys, shown on Plat and the use thereog for all public purposes;
and
WHEREAS, the owners have paved the continuation of 58th. Ave. So.
for 680 feint and a width of 18 feet with 2 inches of
asphaltic concrete over 4 inches of crushed rock base, have pro-
vided for 2 alleys, laid a water main. along the above mentioned
Avenue, installed 2 hydrants the later under the supervision of
the Water Superintendent; and
WHEREAS, the Street Committee has notified the Town Council that
the above mentioned improvements have been completed to
their satisfaction,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Tukwila
That the continuation of 58th. Ave. So. through Tri -Vista Terrace,
two unimproved alleys, the water mains and hydrants be and. the
same are hereby accepted; the street to be dedicated as ai` public
thoroughfare and the alleys dedicated as such.
OPTED by the Town Council and approved by the Mayor this 5th.
day of March 1956.
