WHEREAS, the bid of Rainier Asphalt t'aving Co., located at
Renton, Washington, for the furnishing of all labor and
materials and performing all work for the construction of
Street Improvements in the Town of Tukwila, Washington,
meets the requirements set forth in the call for bids:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
That the bid of Rainier Asphalt Paving Company, of 0,,314.00
is hereby accepted.
Adopted by the Town Council of Tukwila and approved by the
lviayor this first day of July, 1957.
