RESOLUTION NO. 113
WHEREAS the owners of more than two thirds of the property
abutting upon the following described portions of city streets
have filed a petition with the town council seeking the vacation
of the street hereinafter described, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
that March 19, 1959 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers
of the Town Hall is hereby fixed as the time and place for the
hearing on the petition of property owners for the vacation of:
That portion of 56 th Avenue South lying south of
a line which is 1200 feet north of and parallel
to the east and west center line of Section 26,
Township 23 North, Range L, East W.N., King
County, Washington
at which time and place all interested persons will be beard
and the Town Council will act upon said petition.
Passed this 24th day of February, 1959.
