abutting upon the following described portions of city streets
have filed a petition with the Town Council seeking the vacation
of the street hereinafter described, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
that March 19, 1959 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers
of the Town Hall is hereby fixed as the time and place for the
hearing on the petition of property owners for the vacation of:
57th Place South from a Northwesterly extension of the
southerly line of 57th Avenue South, to the intersection
of the westerly line of said 57th Avenue South and 57th
Place South southerly to the boundary of 57th Place South
as it joins with South 162nd Street; also
South 162nd Street from the northerly boundary of South
162nd Street as it joins with 57th Place South, south-
westerly to a production North of the East line of 56th Avenue
South, and
57th Avenue South from a production easterly of a line 68
feet south and parallel to the north line of Tract 29 of
Brookvale Garden Tracts as per plat recorded in Volume 10
of Plats on page 47, records of King County, southerly
to a production north of the easterly line of 57th Place
South.
at which time and place all interested persons will be heard
and the Town Council will act upon said petition.
Passed this 24th day of February, 1959.
