abutting upon the Following described portions of city streets
have filed a petition with the Town Council seeking the vacation
of the street hereinafter described, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
that March 19, 199 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers
of the Town Hall is hereby fixed as the time and place for the
hearing on the petition of property owners for the vacation of:
57th Avenue South from a production north of the east
line of 57th Place South to the easterly line of 57th
Avenue South, thence in a southerly direction to a line
which is 400 feet north of and parallel to the east and
west center line of Section 26, Township 23 N, Range 4,
East, W.N. in King County, Washington, situated in
said Section.
at which time and place all interested persons will be heard
and the Town Council will act upon said petition.
Passed this 24th day of February, 1959.
