"Resolved that Seattle -First National Bank is hereby selected as a bank of deposit for the
funds of this corporation, which may be withdrawn on checks, drafts or advices of debit
given or signed in the corporate name by any two of the following:

each of whom is also authorized to draw and accept drafts and execute contracts and other agree-
ments between the bank and the corporation, and to.coliect, discount, negotiate, indorse and assign,
in the corporate name, all checks, drafts, notes and other paper payable to or by this corporation;
and all such paper, signed as aforesaid, including checks payable to the order of any one or more
of said persons or to bearer shall be honored by the bank and charged to our account. Endorse-
ments for deposit may be made by rubber stamp and shall bind the corporation to the same effect
as though signed by the properly authorized officer(s). This authority shall continue in force until
notice in writing of its revocation shall have been given to and received by the bank. All trans-
actions aforesaid which have taken place heretofore are hereby confirmed and ratified."
