N A BE IT ORDAINED BY TKE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TUK fILA: Seotien 1. That the regular Annual, or First Regular Monthly Meeting of the Council of the Town of Tukwila, shall be held on the Second Tuesday in January of each year. Section 2 That all regular Monthly Meetings of the Council of the Town of Tukwila, except as provided in Section 1 of this Ordinance, shall be held on the Second Wednesday of each month. In ease -any such Wednesday fails upon a legal Holiday, the time of holding such Meeting shall be upon the succeeding Wednesday. j t3on 3.s. That Special meetings of the Council of the Town of Tukwila shall be bald at such times as the business of the Town may require,.. and in such case the Mayor or three Councilmen may call such special meetings by written notice, delivered to each member of the Council, at least three hours before the time specified in the notice for the holding of such special meetings. 8 90 o 4 lhat No. 2 of the ©rdinanoes of the Town of Tukwila 'be, and the same is, hereby repealed. Section 5. That this Ordinance shall become effective from and after five (5) days from the date of its publication.
