RESOLVED that the Mayon' and Down Clerk be and they
hereby are authorized and directed in the name and on bahalt of
The Town of Tukwila, to make, execute and deliver an a-raemant in
writing with O agora- Washin6ton Railroad Navigation Company and
Union Pacific Railroad Company, corporations, whereby said railroad
companies grant to the ';down permission for a water pipe line upon
and across the property of said railroad companies at Black River
Junction in Xing County, Washtn ton; which said a supersedes
and terminates former agreement and supplemental agreeAent between,
said Oregon-Washington Railroad Navigation Company, Oregon and
Washington Railroad Company (predecessor of said Union Pacific
Railroad Company) and said Town, dated !;ovember 1, 1928, and
September 3, 1929, granting permission for a water pipe line on
property of said railroad companies; said new aj eerent to be
substantially in the form prepared by said railroad companies and
submitted to said Town, which form is known, understood and ap-
proved by the Town Council.

resolution passed by the Town Council of said Town at a regular
