An Ordinance providing for a Surety Bond for the Town
Treasurer of the Town of Tukwila.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOT CQW WIL OF THE TOTN OF TUKWLLA.
septlgn 1. That the Town Treasurer's Bond, as provided in
Ordinance! .No. 20, Section 2, of the Ordinances of the Town
Of Tukwila, shall be executed by some responsible Surety
Company, approved by the Town Council.
Sect &pn 2, That this Ordinance shall become effective from
and after five (5) days from the date of ito publication.
Passed by the Town Council and signed by me in open
session in authentication of its passage 14TH this day of
October, 1913.
