WHEREAS, during the past five months Mri Stanley, Smith has served
the Town of Tukwila as Councilman in a most. and
efficient manner witk no thought of remuneration for him-
self; and
WHEREAS, during these months he has cooperated to the fullest extent
with members of the Council and worked diligently on the
Committees to which he was appointed;-and
WHEREAS, he has at all times lived up to his oath of office and has
given to the people of Tukwila his beat efforts,
NOW THEREFORE, BE, IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF. THE TOWN OF TUKWILA
That we the members of the Town Council express our sincere appr+ec
iation to Mr. Smith fg hi.s faithful service as a public
servant, realizing h vgaye time and effort to solving River
and other Town problems-to which he was assigned.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution, signed by
the Mayor and Councilmen be presented to Mr. Smith as a
momenta of the high esteem in which they hold him and also
of the action taken by the Council of the Town of Tukwila.
ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1960/
