abutting upon the following described portions of city streets
have filed a petition with the Town Louncil seeking the vacation
of the street hereinafter described, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council pf the Town of Tukwila
that August 30, 1960 at 8 :00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers
of the Town Hall is hereby fixed as the time and place for the
hearing on the petition of property owners for the vacation of:
South 162nd Street from a production north of the east
line of 54th Avenue South easterly to a production north
of the easterly line of 56th Avenue South; also
56th Avenue South from the intersection of said 56th
Avenue South with the southerly line of South 162nd Street
thence South to a line which is 1200 feet north of and
parallel to the east and west center line of Section 26,
Township 23 North, Range 4, E.W.M., King County, Washington.
Or, in the alternative to vacate'any part or portion of said
streets so particularly described;
at which time and place all interested persons will be heard and
the Town Council will act upon said petition.
Passed this 9th day of August, 1960.
