RESOLUTION NO. 132
TOWN OF TUKWILA
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila deems
it necessary, advisable and proper to provide santiary sewerage
disposal facilities, storm sewer facilities and additions, exten-
sions and betterments to certain water system facilities in and
about the Town of Tukwila and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary, advisable and proper
to secure the services of professional engineers in the promulga-
tion of plans and estimates of costs in furtherance of this objective,
and
WHEREAS, certain proposals have been solicited from civil
engineers and in the judgment of the Town Council the proposal of
Howard Harstad Associates is deemed acceptable and proper, NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized
to enter into a contract with HOWARD T. HARSTAD ASSOCIATES, 2512
Second Avenue, Seattle, Washington, for the preparation of plans,
specifications and estimates of costs for the aforesaid facilities
upon the terms and conditions set forth in the letter of proposal
from that firm dated January /t 1961.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hand this
26 day of January 1961.
