borrow in the name of and upon the credit of this corporation from the Seattle -First National
Bank such sum or sums as to said officers of this corporation dr either of them or to other officers
of the corporation may seem necessary. The true and correct \signatures of said officers are:

"Resolved further that the above named officers further thorized on behalf of this
corporation and in its name to execute and deliver any notes or oth evidences of indebtedness
as may be requested by the Bank; and they or either of them are further authorized and empow-
ered to pledge and /or mortgage por and on behalf of this corporation aid in its name to the Bank
such personal or real property as\ this corporation may own or in which' it may have any interest,
to secure the payment of any loans or other indebtedness or liability, contingent or otherwise,
of this corporation to the Bank.

are further authorized to sign, endorse, accept, make, execute, and deliver, discount or redis-
count, any and all drafts, bills of, exchange or acceptances, or other Commercial documents on
