AND THE TOWN CLERK TO EXECUTE RELEASES OF EASEMENTS TO CERTAIN
FOUR -INCH WATER SUPPLY MAINS IN AND ABOUT PROPERTY OWNED BY PUGET
WESTERN, INCORPORATED AND SOUTH CENTER CORPORATION, PROVIDED THAT
THE TOWN IS ASSURED THAT THE WATER PIPES HAVE BEEN RELOCATED WITHIN
EXISTING RIGHTS OF WAY OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA STREETS.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk of the Town of
Tukwila be and they are hereby authorized, to execute on behalf
of the Town and deliver to Puget Wester Incorporated, and South
Center Corporation, the necessary instruments to release and to
convey any and all interests of the Town in and to those easements
for a four -inch water supply pipeline presently transversing and
encumbering certain properties owned by Puget Westei Incorporated
and South Center Corporation, located within the Town, provided
however, that the Town first shall be furnished with satisfactory
written assurances from Puget Western, Incorporated, and /or South
Center Corporation, that the relocated water pipeline lies wholly
within existing rights of way of the Town of Tukwila streets.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL and APPROVED BY THE MAYOR at its meeting
held on the 21st day of August, 1961.
