WHEREAS a revision of the established plan of access has been proposed; and
WHEREAS a portion or all of the proposed highway revision lies within the TO_Vrn of
Tukwila

THEREFnRE 3E IT RESOLVED, in accordance with the provisions of RCW 47.52.020, that the
