into a stabilization pond lease with Puget Western, Inc.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the health and safety of
the citizens of the Town of Tukwila that a sanitary sewerage
stabilization pond be maintained, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the Town of Tukwila
be and he hereby is authorized to enter into a lease for a
sanitary sewerage stabilization pond with Puget Western, Inc.
and the Town of Tukwila for certain properties situated in the
Town of Tukwila, County of King, State of Washington, described
as:
ATTEST:
The north 1,150 feet of the west 272.25 feet of the
NE1 /4 of the SE1 /4 of Section 26, Twp. 23 N., Range
4 E., W.M., less the north. 350 feet thereof.
