Macaulay Associates began the LID Special Benefit Study and right -of -way acquisition
services for the Tukwila Urban Center Access (Klickitat) Project in 2005. The study showed
a definite benefit from the TUC Access Project and LID No. 33 was formed by Ordinance
No. 2260 in 2009. Now that final construction costs are nearly complete, an updated and
final special benefit/ proportionate assessment study is needed. Council is being asked to
approve the contract with Macaulay Associates in the amount of $142,800.00.
