Resolution 144
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING the Mayor and Clerk of the
Town of Tukwila to release certain easements and execute quit
claim deeds to certain water pipeline easements located East
of 57th South in the Town of Tukwila, located on Puget Western,
Inc. and South Center property.
WHEREAS,,certain water pipelines running generally
across certain properties east of 57th South and located within
the Town of Tukwila, and owned by Puget Western, Inc., and
South Center Corporation, have been relocated in public..right-
of -way, except for that portion starting at a point 200 feet
south of the intersection of 65th South and South 154th Street,
thence easterly approximately 500 feet to the boundary of Chris-
tenson Road and
WHEREAS, those certain water pipeline easements are
no longer necessary to the Town of Tukwila, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Town of Tukwila be, and they are hereby authorized, to release
those easements and execute quit claim deeds to Puget Western,
Inc. and South Center Corporation, thereby releasing said water
pipeline easements which lie east of 57th South with the exception
of that 500 feet of pipeline described above.
PASSED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL this 16 day of October, 1961.
