THE CLERK OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA OF AN EASEMENT FROM THE CITY
OF SEATTLE TO THE TOWN OF TUKWILA.
WHEREAS, in the operation of the sewer and water
systems of the Town of Tukwila, it is necessary that the Town
of Tukwila secure an easement from the City of Seattle across
and under certain properties owned by the City of Seattle
WHEREAS, the easement executed by officials of the
City of Seattle has been presented to the Council of the Town
of Tukwila and read by them and the council having approved
the consideration and covenants contained therein
NOW, therefore, be it resolved that the Mayor and
Clerk of the Town of Tukwila be and they hereby are authorized
to execute that certain easement dated October 25, 1961 and
signed by Mayor Gordon S. Clinton and C. H. Erlandson, City
Comptroller and City Clerk of the City of Seattle.
