DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY WITHIN TEE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA
AND DESIGNATING THE NAME THEREOF.
Section 1 That the tract of land Twenty (20) feet in
width and Two hundred and fifty (250) in_length,
being all of the East one -half (E of Lot Fifteen (16),
Block Seventeen (17) Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts
(Now Town of Tukwila), shall be, and the same hereby ie,
declared vacated for the use of the public as a Thoroughfare.
Section 2. That the Thoroughfare described in Section 1 of
this Ordinance is hereby declared to be, and shall here-
after be known under the name "Mill Street
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective from and
after five (5) days from the date of its publication.
Passed by the Town Council and signed by me in open
session in authentication of its passage, this 9th day of
September 1913.
