RESOLUTION NO. 148
A. RESOLUTION providing for a continuation of the policy
of the appointment of the Clerk and Attorney of Tukwila,
Washington,
WHEREAS, the Town of Tukwila has previously filled the
positions of Clerk and Attorney by appointment by the Mayor,
and
WHEREAS, the electors of the Town of Tukwila have voted
to advance in classification from a 4th class town toa 3rd
class city, and,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the appointment method
of filling the offices of Clerk and Attorney for Tukwila,
Washington, shall be continued.
