BE IT RESOLVED by the ,City Council of the City of Tukwila:
That it is the intent of the City Council of the City of
Tukwila to negotiate with the ValVue Sewer District upon the terms
and conditions of a proposed contract for the joint temporary use
of the sewerage lagoon in the City of Tukwila for a period of time
coincident with the term of the lease upon the sewer lagoon property.
The engineer and attorney of the City of Tukwila are hereby
directed to proceed with negotiations with representatives of the
ValVue Sewer District concerning the proposed terms and conditions
of such a contract:.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this
20th day of August:, 1962.
