RESOLUTION NO 160
A RESOLUTION fixing a time for hearing a petition for vacation
WHEREAS Wayne R. Mac Mullen has filed with the City Clerk a
petition requesting that part of Macadam Road be vacated.
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that said petition shall be heard
and determined on the 28th day of November, 1962 at the Tukwila City
Hall in accordance with the provisions of RCW 35.79 and the Clerk is
authorized and directed to give notice of the pendency of said petition
together with a statement of the time and place of said hearing.
