Resolution appointing Mayor Charles 0. Baker as a
lifetime member of the Valley Industrial Commission.
WHEREAS, Mayor Charles 0. Baker was one of the orig-
inal founders and motivating forces in the establishment of
the Valley Industrial Commission, and
WHEREAS, Mayor Charles 0. Baker has demonstrated
tremendous enthusiasm, foresight and interest in the welfare
and growth of the Green River Valley,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that
In consideration of our gratitude for his past
service and to provide for his continued inspirational counsel
and advice, Mayor Charles O. Baker is appointed as a lifetime
member of the Valley Industrial Commission.
