A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED FROM PUGET WESTERN, INC.
TO THE CITY OF TUKWILA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF TUKWILA, as follows:
WHEREAS, Puget Western, Inc. has deeded to the City of
Tukwila by Warranty Deed the following described real property
in the County of King, State of Washington:
A portion of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 24, Township 23 North, Range 4
East W.M. being more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet in width abutting the east
side of James Christensen Road and being a portion of
that portion of the W. H. Gilliam Donation Land Claim
which lies easterly of James Christensen Road (County
Road No. 1479), and southerly of the proposed right
of -way for Primary State Highway No. 1, Green River
Interchange, as shown in Volume 2 of Highway Plats on
page 193, records of King County;
SUBJECT TO ALL easements, restrictions and reser-
vations of record, if any.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Tukwila
hereby accepts said warranty deed. //2.6; 1
