An ordinance creating the Office of Poundmaster and empowering
the Mayor to appoint some suitable person to fill the office
of Poundmaster
Section 1. That the Office of Pound stet be, and the sue is hereby
That the Mayor of tht sow: of Tukwila be and he is,
hereby authorized and empowered to appoint some Suitable pereon
to fill the Office of Poundmaeter created by Section ode of this
Ordinance.
Oection 3. The compensation of the Poundmaster shall be in accord—
ance with :Section 5 of Ordinance ko. 35.
gection.4. That this Ordinance shall become effective from and
after five (5) days subsequent the date of ite publication.
Passed by the 'Town Council and signed by me in open sseseion
in authentication of its passage, this day of 1913
