RESOLUTION NO. 168
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila by Ordinances #381 and #382
has created Local Improvement District #5 in the City of Tukwila
and;
WHEREAS, said Ordinances contemplated a joint facilities
agreement with the Val Vue Sewer District and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tukwila and the
Board of Commissioners of Val Vue Sewer District have agreed on a
joint facilities construction and operation agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED
That the City of Tukwila execute an agreement entitled
"Agreement. This is an Agreement between Val Vue Sewer District, a
municipal corporation duly authorized by the laws of the State of
Washington and the City of Tukwila, a City of the Third Class of the
State of Washington. a copy of which is attached hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof.
