RESOLUTION NO. 169
WHEREAS the City of Tukwila and Puget Western Inc. entered into
a Bond Guarantee Agreement dated August 7, 1961 and
WHEREAS the intent of said Agreement should be clarified,
Now therefore be it resolved:
That the City of Tukwila execute that supplemental Agreement
to said Bond Guarantee Agreement which is attached hereto and by this
reference made part hereof;
PASSED by the City Council this day of September 1963
