RESOLUTION NO. 170
WHEREAS the City of Tukwila and certain property owners
have agreed on a Water Facilities Contract, a copy of which is
attached hereto. and
WHEREAS a public hearing was held on said contract and
WHEREAS it is deemed to be in the best interests of the
City of Tukwila to enter into said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk
are authorized to execute the contract and the Engineer is author-
ized to proceed in accordance with the contract.
