WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement
District No. 5 will be filed on August 27 1964 with the City
Clerk of the City of Tukwila.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the hearing date for said assessment roll be and
is hereby set for 8:00 P.M., September 21, 1964, in the City
Hall of the City of Tukwila, South 147th and 59th Avenue South,
Tukwila, Washington, before the City Council of the City of
Tukwila, and
The City Clerk of the City of Tukwila is hereby directed
to give notice of the hearing and the time and place thereof as
required by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 17th day of August,
1964.
