ORDINANCE NO. 33
REPEALED BY 43
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Tuk-
Sec. 1. That the :ayor be authorized to appoint one
of the Councilmen as rshall without pay.
Sec. 2. The arnahll shall be authorized to appoint
as many of the citizens of the Town of Tukwila to act as depu-
ties as he shall deem proper.
Sec. 3. That Ordinance ;o. 30 be and the sane is here-
by repealed.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall become effective on and
after five days from the date of its publication.
Passed by the Council and signed by me in authentication
of its passage, in open session, this Oth day of June, A.D., 1913.
