WHEREAS the State of Washington has acquired an interest
in 48th Avenue South in the City of Tukwila and,
WHEREAS the State of Washington is going to improve
said street by improvements in a method and manner equivalent
to the minimum road standards and specifications of Tukwila,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved the City of Tukwila
agrees to accept by assignment, one year after final completion
of said improvements, the State's right title and interest
therein free of encumbrances and
Agrees to operate and maintain said street thereafter.
PASSED BY the City Council of the City of Tukwila this
21st day of December, 1964.
