between PUGET WESTERN INC. and the then TOWN OF TUKWILA (now
City of Tukwila) provided in Paragraph 3 -C for the return of
an escrow account upon the reserve account equaling the amounts
required by the bonds and bond ordinance and that sum is $10,924.00
and
WHEREAS said reserve account now totals $3,750.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED
That upon payment by PUGET WESTERN INC. of $7,173.00
into said reserve account, so that the reserve account equals
$10,924.00, the mayor and the city clerk are authorized to advise
Seattle First National Bank, Tukwila Branch, to release said
escrow monies on deposit in the escrow account in accordance
with the agreement dated August 7, 1961.
