RESOLUTION NO. 184
WASHINGTON

WHEREAS the City of Tukwila Street Fund Capital
Outlay Budget has incurred a deficit of $691.59 and the Street
Fund Maintenance and Operation Budget, Street Lights Section,
has a surplus; and
WHEREAS the unforeseen expenditures in Capital Outlay
for Sewers has incurred a deficit of $1,998.32 and the Mainte-
nance and Operation Budget for Motor Fuel and Repairs has a
surplus; and
WHEREAS, RCW 35.33.120 provides for transfers between
the general classes when authorized by resolution
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved,
That $691.59 is hereby transferred from Class II,
Maintenance and Operation to Capital Outlay, Class III; and
$1,998.32 is hereby transferred from Class II, Maintenance and
Operation, to Class III, Capital Outlay.
PASSED by a majority of all members of the City Council
of the City of Tukwila this 19th day of July, 1965.
