WHEREAS the City of Tukwila Police Fund Mainer.ance
and Operation will show a deficit of $224.68 and the Police Fund.
Salaries and 'ages has a surplus; and
WHEREAS the unforseen expenditure in the Police Fund will,
if paid incur a deficit of 224.68 qnd the Salaries and Wages Las a surplus
of $500.00 enc,
WHEREAS RCW 35.33.120 provides for transfers between general
classes when authorized by resolution
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved,
That $500.00 is hereby transferred from Class; 1 Salaries
and Wages to class 11 Maintenance and Operation.
PASSED by a majority of all members of the C'.ty Council
of the City of Tukwila this ':L 0 day of December, 1965
